The Lunger, the Sorrowful, the Fallen, the Widows and the one boss, The Weight — and the tools that handle them.
AI ORIGINAL · TOWNFALL GUIDESOURCED // 5 ENEMY TYPES · 1 BOSS6 MINSilent Hill Townfall Monsters
Silent Hill: Townfall has five enemy types. Game Rant calls them the Lunger (the axe-headed runner), the Sorrowful (which lashes a cord from its chest), the Fallen (which play dead on floors and lamp posts), the Widows (knife stalkers in Richard's Part 5) and The Weight. The Weight is the only boss: it stalks you and cannot be killed until the final fight in Chapter 16. Konami has published no official bestiary, so these are guide names. Avoiding enemies is the intended answer to most of them, and only Simon's kills affect your ending.
AI ORIGINAL · TOWNFALL GUIDESOURCED // STALKER + FINAL FIGHT · PATCH 1.4.08 MINHow to Beat The Weight in Silent Hill Townfall
The Weight needs two different answers in Silent Hill: Townfall. In its stalking sections you cannot beat it: it is almost invincible, so lure it away with bottles and bricks, hide in lockers and move only in the short windows it gives you. In the final boss fight, Chapter 16: Eraser in Clara Woods (Different), you can: stun it with the Flare Gun, run in for two Shotgun shots, back off and keep circling the arena for more ammunition, and pull one of the metal bars from it each time it kneels. Defeating it unlocks the Eraser trophy. Since Patch 1.4.0 (October 8, 2026), a catch on Story or Normal difficulty deals heavy damage instead of killing you instantly. The fight method comes from PowerPyx and AllThingsHow, and neither names the difficulty it was played on.
AI ORIGINAL · TOWNFALL GUIDEVERIFIED // PART 5 ENEMY5 MINHow to Silence Widows in Silent Hill Townfall
Widows are the knife-wielding enemies that hunt Richard through CEG Tower in Part 5. They stalk from the dark and from behind corners, then close the distance fast. "Silence" in the Missing The Point Entirely trophy means kill: the Shotgun, which Richard gets at the start of Chapter 13, drops a Widow in one or two shots. You need 30 for the trophy, and kills as Richard do not affect your ending.
