A call is only recorded once you have listened to the whole message and the line hangs up by itself.

Silent Hill: Townfall has 7 resource containers, and each one opens with a Lockbox Key found in the same area. Opening all seven unlocks the bronze trophy Resourceful. The first key is in a kitchen drawer in Jess's house in Chapter 4; two more are in Shorefront North and the Medical Centre, two in Clara Woods (one behind a gate you cut with the Boltcutters) and the last two in the SWDP rig in Chapter 15. Keys only work in their own area and there is no chapter select, so open each container before you move on.
