Richard is Richard Shaw, the CEO of the oil company Chapman Energy Group (CEG), voiced by Terry O'Quinn. He contacts Simon through the CRTV and asks him to "put things right", and you play as him in Part 5, Chapters 12 and 13, inside CEG Tower. Spoiler: his cost-cutting caused the SWDP rig fire, and he paid for Simon's heart transplant in exchange for false testimony at the tribunal. Her voice reaches Simon through the CRTV, and you play as her in two chapters: Chapter 5, Zoe: Rounds, and Chapter 7, Zoe: The Patient, where she carries a pager instead of the CRTV.
