Silent Hill Townfall Blood Bag Puzzle — Many Into One

The blood puzzle is Chapter 8, Many Into One, in Medical Center – Different. Feed Alan Duncan's bag to the S.W. machine and Lesley Greer's to the D.P. machine. On the central wall, place Sarah Watson in the first left slot, Matthew Clark in the second left slot and George McEwan on the right, then use the switch by the double doors. For the blood-type rings, only O−, O+, A− and A+ may reach the centre: connect T.F., H.M. and S.W. with straight lines and press ORDELL.

Step by step
- Open the Surgery door with 7103 again, squeeze through the crack and crouch through the vent. Take the map from the counter by the metal door.
- Right hallway, bottom door at the end, through the vent: take the Alan Duncan Blood Bag and Zoe's Patient List.
- Left hallway (S.W. above the door): place Alan Duncan in the transfusion machine and use the switch.
- Ward S room 05: take the Sarah Watson Blood Bag.
- Ward W: Master Key from room 04, unlock room 13, climb to room 12 for the Lesley Greer Blood Bag.
- Right hallway (D.P. above the door): place Lesley Greer and use the switch.
- Ward D: go through room 03 to room 02 and press the elevator button to send the Matthew Clark bag down.
- Ward P: crawl through the room 06 vent, drop down, take the George McEwan bag and the Ward P Master Key from room 10. Unlock room 03 and take Matthew Clark from between the elevator doors.
- To leave Ward D, turn the valves in rooms 05 and 10 on the upper floor while the large enemy is on the far side of the room.
- Central room: place the three bags on the wall and use the switch left of the double doors.
- Solve the blood-type rings (below), then open the door at the end of the hallway with the Room 204 Key.
The blood-type rings explained
Ordell is Simon's surname, and the ORDELL button in the middle is his. Check his blood type on the Medical Wristband under Equipment. Only blood he can receive may reach the centre: O−, O+, A− and A+.
Those types belong to the donors marked T.F., H.M. and S.W. Turn the rings until each of those three initials has a straight line through to the centre, then press ORDELL. If any other donor connects, the transfusion is refused.

A large enemy patrols the upper floor while you turn the Ward D valves. Wait until it is on the far side of the room before you turn each one, and use the closets nearby to hide if it tries to get into the room.
