Chapter 5 — Zoe: Rounds
Zoe crosses the Community Gardens and Shorefront District – North to reach the Medical Centre. On the way, a welfare check traps her in Mr. Stewart's house with a monster, and the chapter teaches radio and thrown-object distractions. It ends at the Medical Centre gates with A Long Night Ahead.
Chapter 7 — Zoe: The Patient
A run of medical procedures in Surgery, directed by Dr. Glenn over the intercom: reading the monitors, two X-rays, three infusion pumps and an intubation. The answers come from the laptop beside the bed. Mistakes in this surgery cost 3 points each toward the ending.

Save It For The Patients is the only missable one. It is easiest on Story Mode, and in Chapter 5 it mostly comes down to getting out of Mr. Stewart's house without being hit.

Who Zoe really is (spoilers)
Zoe was an inexperienced nurse left to run a ward through the disaster. She performed surgery on Simon she was not trained for and kept him alive for more than five days until he was airlifted to the mainland. Other patients died around her, she blames herself for a dosing mistake, and she wants to resign and leave the island but cannot.
One of those patients was Mr. Stewart, an elderly man she could not save. VGTimes reads the Patient she operates on in Chapter 7 as a distorted version of him, and Dr. Glenn as the doctor who insisted Simon be saved at the cost of others, leaving her no choice.
In the fog town she is trapped by that guilt. She is the one who tells Simon the rule of the place: it lets him accept the past, not change it.
Does Zoe die?
The endings decide what happens to her. In Justice, Simon accepts his share of the blame and Zoe's locked door in Room 204 finally opens, so she can leave. In Forever, Simon wakes on the operating table with Zoe, back at the start of the loop, and she promises not to leave him. Neither ending shows Zoe dying.
