- Both tiers target 30 fps. For 60 fps you need more than the recommended spec, or lower settings and resolution
- The recommended tier reaches 4K only with an upscaler in Balanced mode: DLSS on NVIDIA, FSR on AMD, or Unreal's TSR on any card
- 32 GB of RAM is recommended, double the minimum. Corsair links it to the game's large, detailed textures
- Windows 11 is the only operating system listed. There is no Mac or Linux version on Steam
- The 75 GB install is the same on both tiers, so plan for it even on a low-end PC. An SSD is not listed as required
Can my PC run it?
- Check your graphics card first. Anything below an RTX 2060 Super or RX 6600 is under the minimum
- Check your memory. 16 GB is the floor; with 32 GB you meet the recommended tier
- Check your processor against the Ryzen 5 3600 and i7-8700K
- Make sure you are on Windows 11 and have 75 GB free
- If you are between the two tiers, aim for 1440p or 1080p at Medium with an upscaler on, and turn settings down until it holds steady
Konami has not published 60 fps or ultra-settings targets, and we have not benchmarked the game. The steps above follow the official tiers only.
Platforms: PS5, PC, and no Xbox
Silent Hill: Townfall is out on PlayStation 5 and Windows PC. There is no Xbox or Nintendo Switch 2 version, and none has been announced. Steam lists the release as 23 September 2026, US time, at $49.99 for the standard edition.
On PC, English and Japanese have full audio, and Steam lists text in eleven more languages, including French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Chinese and Korean.
