Step 1: put together the flashlight
- Ground floor: take the Flashlight (No Batteries) from the drawer to the left of the organ transport box.
- Upstairs, second room on the left: take the AA Batteries from the drawer of the small cabinet.
- Combine the two in your inventory to get a working Flashlight.
- While you are upstairs, go through the room on the right and pick up the Organ Transplant Card from the bathroom floor. You will need it once the power is on.
Step 2: find the Credit Guide in the crawlspace
Back downstairs, crouch and enter the crawlspace beside the stairs. With the flashlight on you can see the Power Card Credit Guide; pick it up. The power panel is on the wall here as well, but without a card there is nothing to do with it yet.
Do not skip the guide because the answer is printed below. Townfall will not complete a puzzle until you have its clues, so the panel may not respond until the guide is in your inventory.
Step 3: take the Prepaid Power Card from Peters Newsagent
Leave the house and go to Peters Newsagent, marker (2) on the Shorefront map. The Prepaid Power Card is in the cash register. This is the card some players search for as the electricity card or power card.
Step 4: work the power panel
- Return to the crawlspace and interact with the panel on the wall.
- Insert the Prepaid Power Card in the slot at the bottom of the display.
- Press button A to cycle the screen until it reads "Card Credit".
- Press button B.
- Flip the main switch at the bottom right. The power comes back on.
