Organ box code: getting the lanyard

Pharmacy locker: the clues behind the code

1. 1Open the organ transport box in Zoe's kitchen to get Zoe's Lanyard. Use it on the pad left of the Clinic (6) door.
2. 2In the Clinic, go through the second door at the end of the hallway (Z Ellis) and take the Scalpel from the green box beside the computer. It opens every rusty door with a hatch in the middle.
3. 3Pharmacy (7): open the door with the Scalpel, look at the posters, pick up the broadcast on the back-room radio (Channel 30), then open the rusty locker with 6539 for the Prescription Dosage Error.
4. 4St. Amelia Park (11): open the south door with the Scalpel.
5. 5Apartment building south of (14): second floor, apartment 1/2. The 21 Farrow St. – Back Door Key is on the living room table.
6. 6Jess's house, beside (14): open the back door with that key and take the Broken Stethoscope from the bed.
7. 7Return to the Clinic back room and place the three items: stethoscope left, Dosage Error middle, lanyard right.

Clinic reception door code

The keypad door on the left near the Clinic entrance is the reception. It opens with 2896, taken from the post-it note on the Z Ellis computer. It is optional: the answering machine inside marks the Pharmacy on your map and the Nurse's Rounds Form is on the counter, but the speedrun route skips the room.

Two other "reception" numbers come up later. The Hotel Reception Notice in Chapter 2 lists 496 0244 for The Haldane Hotel, callable from the payphone outside. In the Medical Centre in Chapter 7, you dial 5353 (Hospital Storage) on the reception phone after Dr. Glenn gives it to you.

If the scales will not accept the items

• Check the order: left, middle, right as in the table above
• Make sure you have all three before you interact; the scales need the full set
• If the Pharmacy locker refused 6539, look at the posters and receive the broadcast first. Townfall only accepts answers once you have picked up the clues
• If Jess's back door will not open, you are missing the key from apartment 1/2

What happens next

Placing the items ends Part 1 with the Resignation trophy ("At the Shorefront Family Clinic, show Zoe you understand"). Part 2 starts in Zoe's house and you play as Zoe.

Before you place them, the Resignation Letter to the left of the scales, the two emails on the Z Ellis computer and the Note on Patient Records in Dr Stevenson's drawer are all documents that count toward your ending's Discoveries total.
