The list at a glance

Two independent trophy databases record the same 37 trophies with identical descriptions, which is why this page can be specific before launch when most others cannot.

The platinum is Doing The Right Thing, awarded for collecting every other trophy. PC players get the corresponding Steam achievements, which will appear on the store page at launch.

Story trophies

These are unmissable and fire in this order, which makes them a reliable progress scale through the campaign.

• Welcome To St. Amelia — escape the Otherworld and reach the town square
• Resignation — at the Shorefront Family Clinic, show Zoe you understand
• A Long Night Ahead — report to Dr. Glenn at the Medical Centre
• The Patient — complete the mission "The Patient"
• Many Into One — accept the transfusion at the Alternate Medical Centre
• Key To The Castle — open the route to CEG Tower
• Find Yourself — return to the tenth-floor office
• Can't Change Things — exhaust your options in the Alternate Facility
• Eraser — defeat The Weight
• Reliving A Nightmare — complete New Game Plus on any difficulty

Ending trophies

The three golds are the main endings, reachable on a first run. The two silvers are hidden endings requiring New Game Plus. Endings are decided by how you play rather than by a menu choice, so each one needs a genuinely different run.

Collectible trophies

• Observation — collect 50% of all documents
• Thorough Inspection (Gold) — collect all of the documents
• Blur Your Eyes — collect all of the strange postcards
• Sweeping Signals — tune into all signals on the CRTV
• Cold Calling — call all the phone numbers found in St. Amelia
• Resourceful — unlock all resource containers
• Future Hardware — obtain the Pistol-3000
• Here's Simon! — obtain the Axe

Challenge trophies

• Fleeting Visit — finish the game in under 4 hours
• From Scratch — create 20 new items by combining others
• Creative Process — kill at least one enemy with Plank, Pipe, Pistol, Shotgun, Flare Gun, Bottle and Brick in a single playthrough
• Long-Range Masonry — brick headshot from 15 metres
• Pinpoint Inaccuracy — flare gun headshot from 10 metres
• Missing The Point Entirely — silence 30 Widows
• Pull! — throw a bottle into the air and hit it with the pistol
• Isolating Experience — stay in a hiding spot for 60 seconds
• Static Distractions — lure 10 enemies away using radios in the world
• Lured Off Track — lure 20 enemies away using bottles
• Alarmingly Effective — successfully lure enemies with a car alarm
• Reject The Help (Gold) — after meeting Richard, do not use a phone to save
• Save It For The Patients — use no healing items during Rounds and The Patient
